My work explores the relationship between Bauhausian sensibilities and life as performance. With influences as diverse as Kafka and L Ron Hubbard, new variations are created from both opaque and transparent structures.

Ever since I was a postgraduate I have been fascinated by the essential unreality of the human condition. What starts out as contemplation soon becomes corroded into a cacophony of lust, leaving only a sense of unreality and the possibility of a new synthesis.

As temporal phenomena become clarified through frantic and diverse practice, the viewer is left with an epitaph for the inaccuracies of our culture.
